Horse Island Waiver

U3A – Horse Island Visit 18 September 2026

Horse Island is private property owned by Christina Kennedy.
Please understand this is not a business enterprise and you are here by invitation and agreement with Christina Kennedy.

We will do our best to make sure you have an interesting and enjoyable time.
As a condition to your invitation, you are requested to sign a short release, discharge and indemnity below. This will protect the Owner against any complaint, mishap, injury or accident that you may sustain to yourself, to your personal property or to others while you are at Horse Island.
You are welcome to move around the property only as discussed on your arrival.
However, you must follow the directions and instructions of the Owner or their representatives whilst you are on the island.
You are welcome to take photographs for personal use only and not for commercial or publicity purposes unless by prior arrangement.
The privacy of the Owner is to be respected and any personal information gained is not for publication or distribution.

Any funds paid by you will be directed to a nominated fundraising benefit or charity, and is not being paid as a commercial transaction for the profit of the Owner.

Terms & Conditions
Release, waiver and indemnity
In consideration of the Owners’ granting permission to me to have access to Horse Island and its gardens,
I irrevocably waive, release and discharge the Owner from and against all claims or liabilities which I may have out of my visit to Horse Island.
I agree to indemnify the Owner from and against any claims or liabilities that arise out of my acts or omissions whilst visiting Horse Island.
